Impala Capital Partners is a company exclusively dedicated to advising private equity funds by identifying and recommending investment opportunities. The fund avised by Impala, with capital of 215 million euros, is one of Spain's largest private equity funds. The resources of the Fund, which was established in December 2001, are invested in unlisted Spanish companies with the objective of maximising the value of investee undertakings.

Impala is absolutely independent of any other business or financial group. It is owned by its senior officers, who form a close-knit team of Spanish professionals with excellent academic qualifications, financial know-how and business expertise, as well as a strong background in private equity transactions in Spain.

Leading international financial institutions with wide experience participating in private equity funds have contributed to the fund, putting their trust in Impala's management team. These investors include major names such as PPM Ventures (Prudential Plc.), Metropolitan Life, Axa, Generali, Unicredito, Banca Intesa, BNP Paribas, St. Paul Travelers, Dassault Investissements and Banco Espirito Santo, among others.

The quality, financial solvency and private equity know-how of its investors provide the funds advised by Impala with significant additional financial capacity, since some of them may co-invest with the Fund in major transactions requiring high levels of investment.
